Reservations & Cancellations
Tours must be reserved before receiving hotel discount. Reservations and Accommodations are subject to availability, but are mostly flexible to give you the best experience possible. Any cancellations or changes must be made within 48 hours to receive full refund. Discounted tours are only available for package deals. All tours and accommodations are held with a card on file and will be charged the day of the event. Cancellations made within the 48 hour window are subject to full fare for all reservations. Reservations should be made at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee reservations. Our company is a small business so please make reservations in advance, since we do book out completely at times.
